Salon policy ✅ Booking & Deposits • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. • Same-day appointments are not accepted. Please book in advance. • Deposits are applied toward your service balance. ✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. • One reschedule is allowed per deposit; additional changes require a new deposit if made in 24-hour period otherwise will be forfeited . ✅ Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited. • Consistent lateness may result in refusal of future bookings. ✅ Payments • Remaining balance is due at the end of service. • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, chime, Cashapp and Venmo. • No refunds once services are completed. ✅ Client Conduct • Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise specified for your service. • Extra fees may apply for excessive detangling or preparation. • Children or guests are not permitted unless being serviced. ✅ Service Guarantee • If you have concerns about your style, please communicate them before leaving the salon. • Adjustments are offered at stylist’s discretion within 24 hours of service.
